Learn Paraben E3 Forensic Platform
Digital forensics is a broad term for a very specialized skill set that is required to produce digital information in a forensic-grade manner. Forensic-grade is all about having data that can have proved integrity to its origin and quality. Within the process of producing forensic-grade data are specific steps that must be done to make sure the data has the integrity required to make it digital evidence.

This course will focus on those introductory-level areas in the operation of the Paraben E3 Forensic Platform in the capture of a variety of digital data. Upon completion of the P2CO course, you will be able to operate the E3 Forensic Platform through the processes used in information gathering. The processes will go through a variety of artifacts, including the file system data, email artifacts, instant messaging and mobile device backups.

Through the learning process, we will explore the importance of this data as forensic evidence as well as the analytics involved to review the contents of the proprietary data containers and systems. Finally, a review of data through the use of bookmarking and reporting will round out the cornerstones required for doing proper digital forensic investigations.
