Advanced SQL Injection is the first module in our larger course Advanced Web Hacking. In this course, which includes more than 15 lectures with assignments, labs and a a final exam, you will learn everything about SQL Injection, from bypassing firewalls to extracting data through errors.
SQL injection is one of the most important vulnerabilities generally in applications and particularly in web applications. It enables attackers to gain full control of the system with very little effort.
However, the majority of attackers only know basics of SQL injection. Because of that, and also because many websites are not vulnerable to these basic vulnerabilities (as they are found and fixed quickly), mediocre SQL injection techniques are not very useful. Advanced SQL Injection techniques on the other hand, are becoming more and more prevalent with time.
