The image has been converted to qcow2 and compressed.

you will need to copy the folder linux-daloRadius to your eve-ng to /opt/unetlab/addons/qemu
after this is completed please fix the permissions with:
/opt/unetlab/wrappers/unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions

To first login you browse to IP and use admin/admin just once
After that the admin login is: administrator/radius

Now the image is ready to be used.
