This series is designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body, which is especially important if your goal is to achieve new poses in your practice! Each 30-minute class focuses on a different area of the body and uses three crucial elements of developing flexibility: dynamic stretching to build full range of motion so you can get into positions with ease, yin-style holds to open your body even deeper, and intuitive movement to tune into your body and feel which areas need the most attention.

This program is filled with the flexibility movements and stretches I use on a daily basis. They’ve helped me build and maintain the strength and mobility to achieve the inversions and poses that fill my practice today.
